We invited guests to celebrate the end of winter at the famous Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a Belmond Hotel, in February 2024. Guests enjoyed a day of winter fun and luxury with a micro-herb seed-sowing workshop, expert cookery demo, champagne reception, a lavish three-course, Michelin-starred lunch, and a visit from a very special guest. Here are some photographs from the day…
Guests enjoyed tea and coffee on arrival before heading to their first sessions
Guests learned how to plant and grow micro-herbs. They left with propagators filled with the seeds they planted during the demo, all set to nurture and enjoy at home.
Guests carefully planted an array of micro-herbs, from pea shoots to radish!
Getting hands-on in the seed-sowing class at was great fun. Taking away our own propagators was a real bonus, making it both practical and enjoyable.
In their next session, guests were treated to a captivating cookery demonstration and learned the secrets behind crafting a warming winter dish

What a delightful day we've had at Le Manoir! The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and the icing on the cake was being greeted by none other than Raymond Blanc himself.
After lunch, guests were free to wander and enjoy the beautiful gardens and orchards…
